Where we ship

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. boxes. Addresses outside the supported shipping area cannot complete checkout.

Free standard shipping

All orders within our supported shipping area receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method; we do not offer an expedited option. Shipping costs are shown before payment.

Order processing and cutoff

Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00, fixed year-round). Orders placed before this cutoff on a business day enter processing that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Handling time is 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff does not change for daylight saving time.

Transit and estimated delivery

Transit time after dispatch is 3–4 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days: 1–2 business days for handling plus 3–4 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier interruptions and circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery. Shipping or tracking details can be provided once available.
