Payment authorization and orders

By submitting a payment request, you authorize the selected payment service to process the amount shown for your purchase. You must be authorized to use the payment method and provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing information.

Submitting an order request does not itself establish that the request has been accepted. Order acceptance and payment status depend on the confirmed transaction outcome and the order information communicated to you. Contact us if you are unsure of the status of a request.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free standard shipping within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Orders are subject to the handling, cutoff, and estimated transit periods in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns and refunds

Return requests can be made within 30 days of receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns must meet its condition requirements and have prior authorization. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged products, and defects. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping to our authorized return address in France. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval; provider posting times may vary.
